Ordering, Delivery and Installation
How long does wall art delivery take in India?

Each order is made to order in Ahmedabad and takes 7 to 10 business days to produce. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your city. We ship pan-India.
How do I install the wall art?

Every order comes with a nail-free mounting kit and a placement template. Use the template to line up the 6 x 6 inch blocks and fix them with the kit. Most walls are done in about 15 minutes, with no drilling.
How big will the artwork be on my wall?

Each block is 6 x 6 inches, so 4 blocks make about 1 sq ft. The block count on each artwork tells you its size, and the blocks can be arranged to suit your wall.
What if my wall art arrives damaged?

Every block is wrapped and packed in a sturdy box. If anything arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After that the artwork is already being made for you, so cancellations are not possible.
